LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM POLYGONISH™. YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY POLYGONISH™ INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM POLYGONISH™.
1. Rights
(a) After purchasing the product, you obtain a set of files.
(b) All the rights for the content are reserved by their authors and legal owners.
(c) By purchasing, you are being granted a license to use these files under certain conditions.
(d) Ownership remains with Polygonish™, and you are required to abide by the following licensing terms.
(e) You have rights for royalty-free use of our resources for any or all of your personal and commercial projects.
(f) You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them royalty-free in any or all of your personal and commercial projects.
(g) The shapes, volumes, topology, image textures, or other elements that are part of the provided product are the property of Polygonish™.
(h) Editing the shapes, topology, or exporting the content in different file formats does not affect copyright ownership.
(i) You are not required to attribute or link to Polygonish™ in any of the projects.
2. Prohibitions
(a) You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or other downloaded to any third party.
(b) For any resalable web applications or software programs, you should not include any of the product’s components as an additional attachment.
(c) This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden by us.
3. Liability
(a) Polygonish™ will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.
(b) We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment.
4. Termination
(a) Polygonish™ may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(b) Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy all copies of the Content in your possession.
5. Governing Law
(a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polygonish™ operates.
(b) Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polygonish™ operates.
6. Entire Agreement
(a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Polygonish™ and you with respect to the Content.
(b) This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written, between Polygonish™ and you with respect to the Content.
BY USING ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM POLYGONISH™, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
